Hi, I’m Donna Chesonis — I’m a certified hypnotist specializing in Five-Path Hypnotherapy. I am a Certified, Consulting and Master Hypnotist.

My professional practice, Liberated Mind Hypnosis, may be newly launched, but this journey has been a lifetime in the making. I’ve always been fascinated by why we think, feel, and behave the way we do, and I’ve always felt drawn to helping people find their way through life’s challenges.

My own path into hypnotherapy began when I decided to try hypnosis for myself.  

I’ll be honest — the changes were more profound than I expected. 

Old patterns and limiting beliefs I’d carried for years started to dissolve. I felt lighter, clearer, and more in control of my life. That experience lit a fire in me. I knew then, that I wanted to help other people find that same freedom.

When we work together, we go deeper than just managing habits or symptoms.
